Can I add hotspots and product tags myself?
Yes. Choose a photo, click on a product and select its matching item from your own catalog. Move hotspots, delete them or link them to another product.
How does AI help with tagging?
AI suggests possible matches within your own products. For a product review, the linked product or its category can be the starting point. You can also select products to compare. Review each suggestion before publishing the tag.
Will it work with a custom CMS?
Add the general script module to your product template and connect your catalog and product URLs. The gallery identifies the product page your visitor is viewing. During setup, we check that your CMS and catalog are suitable.
What if a product has no customer photos?
The entire module stays hidden, including the heading and empty space. Your normal product page remains usable.
Which photos can I use?
Only approved photos with recorded permission covering this use on your website. You choose which photos and product tags are published and can remove them again.
Is there an AI limit during the trial?
No. During your active trial, AI product recognition has no monthly limit. Afterwards, your account shows current usage and available upgrades or extra analyses. You only buy an extra bundle when you choose to.
