We already have reviews on Google and Trustpilot. Why add this?
Image Review focuses on experiences with customer photos. Invite customers to share an honest review and a photo they took themselves. This adds context to their experience. Reusing photos on your website or social channels requires explicitly recorded permission for each photo and the intended use.
Who pays for the donations?
We do. The donations are funded from the subscriptions. A review costs you and your customer nothing extra, and the counter on your page shows what has been donated on behalf of your reviewers.
What stops fake reviews?
We ask contributors to share their own experience and a photo they took themselves. Submissions are checked automatically and flagged reviews can be assessed manually. Email confirmation or an invitation does not independently verify a purchase. Approval does not guarantee that a photo is unedited or free of AI. To report a concern, email the page link and your explanation to [email protected].
Can I just use the customer photos in my marketing?
Not automatically. The contributor must explicitly grant permission for each photo. The portal shows the recorded permission and its allowed uses. Only export and use photos with suitable permission. A paid plan or active trial provides access to export, but does not itself grant photo rights. Recorded permission does not cover paid advertising.
