How reviews and confirmations work
We ask contributors to share a photo they took and their own experience. Reviews go through automated checks. Flagged reviews can be assessed manually. Approval is not a guarantee that a photo is unedited or free of AI generation.
- Email address confirmed means the link sent to that address was used. It does not prove a purchase or the identity of a person.
- Company management confirmed relates to access to this company page. A paid plan does not verify individual reviews.
- A review invitation does not independently prove a purchase. An order reference supplied by a company is not independent purchase verification either.
- Publishing a photo with a review does not automatically permit reuse in marketing. A subscription does not grant that permission either.

Whaletailsales in the news
Recent updates and background about Whaletailsales, summarised in our own words.
Aircraft parts from the MD-80 and CRJ-200 now available
Whaletailsales lists components sourced from regional jet models including the MD-80 and CRJ-200, expanding its range beyond the more common wide-body Boeing and Airbus types. These smaller aircraft yield distinctive parts that appeal to a different segment of aviation collectors.
Custom coffee tables made from real airplane windows
Among the more unusual offerings from Whaletailsales are custom coffee tables constructed from genuine aircraft windows, combining aviation heritage with interior design. The shop also offers customised window cuts for buyers who want a more tailored piece.
Technical manuals and flight deck items offered alongside physical parts
Beyond structural and cabin components, Whaletailsales also sells original technical documents, flight manuals, and flight deck equipment from retired commercial aircraft. These items attract both aviation professionals and dedicated enthusiasts looking for authentic documentation.
