The Influencer Academy is a structured, in-person program founded by Nicole Rhea and Grant Sparks, who have backgrounds in influencer coaching, agency management, and training. The program is hosted at a physical location in Lakeland, Florida, and limits enrollment to 25 spots per session.
Each morning, campers film and edit one short-form video based on a daily theme and skill, from writing hooks on Monday to presenting a final video to families on Friday. By the end of the week, every child leaves with five completed videos and a Creator Starter Kit to keep.
No content is posted publicly without explicit parent permission. Videos are delivered directly to parents, and even the Friday virality vote winner is only featured on The Influencer Academy's social accounts with a signed parent approval.
Participants need any smartphone with a working camera and the free CapCut app installed before day one. Full instructions are sent in the confirmation email after enrollment. All other equipment, including the tripod and remote, is provided and given to the child to keep.
