Photo reviews

How reviews and confirmations work
We ask contributors to share a photo they took and their own experience. Reviews go through automated checks. Flagged reviews can be assessed manually. Approval is not a guarantee that a photo is unedited or free of AI generation.
- Email address confirmed means the link sent to that address was used. It does not prove a purchase or the identity of a person.
- Company management confirmed relates to access to this company page. A paid plan does not verify individual reviews.
- A review invitation does not independently prove a purchase. An order reference supplied by a company is not independent purchase verification either.
- Publishing a photo with a review does not automatically permit reuse in marketing. A subscription does not grant that permission either.

PikPerfect AG positions itself in the premium-to-mid segment of personalised photo printing, with a service model that sets it apart from self-service platforms: customers upload their photos and a dedicated design specialist takes care of the layout, photo selection, and revisions. The typical customer is someone who wants a polished, lasting result without spending hours behind a design tool, ranging from parents documenting early family years to couples commissioning wedding albums. The product range spans hardcover photo books, layflat albums, premium layflat albums, and occasion-specific products such as wedding guest books, engagement albums, and Bar Mitzvah albums. Payment is only required once the customer is satisfied with the design, which reflects a confidence-first approach to the service.
