How reviews and confirmations work
We ask contributors to share a photo they took and their own experience. Reviews go through automated checks. Flagged reviews can be assessed manually. Approval is not a guarantee that a photo is unedited or free of AI generation.
- Email address confirmed means the link sent to that address was used. It does not prove a purchase or the identity of a person.
- Company management confirmed relates to access to this company page. A paid plan does not verify individual reviews.
- A review invitation does not independently prove a purchase. An order reference supplied by a company is not independent purchase verification either.
- Publishing a photo with a review does not automatically permit reuse in marketing. A subscription does not grant that permission either.

The basic widget is also available on a free account. Your portal shows the product review allowance and order connections included in your plan. The WooCommerce product review tab is also available on Free. Company page editing and photo export require a paid plan or active trial. Photo reuse always requires appropriate permission.
