Photo reviews

How reviews and confirmations work
We ask contributors to share a photo they took and their own experience. Reviews go through automated checks. Flagged reviews can be assessed manually. Approval is not a guarantee that a photo is unedited or free of AI generation.
- Email address confirmed means the link sent to that address was used. It does not prove a purchase or the identity of a person.
- Company management confirmed relates to access to this company page. A paid plan does not verify individual reviews.
- A review invitation does not independently prove a purchase. An order reference supplied by a company is not independent purchase verification either.
- Publishing a photo with a review does not automatically permit reuse in marketing. A subscription does not grant that permission either.

Founded
Approximately 20 years ago
EyeBuyDirect positions itself firmly in the budget-to-mid-range segment of the eyewear market, making prescription eyewear accessible to a broad audience without requiring a visit to a physical store. The typical customer is price-conscious but still looking for variety, with frame categories ranging from $19 affordable picks to $70-plus premium options. The shop distinguishes itself through a large lens customization offering, including progressive lenses, blue light glasses, polarized lenses, and Transitions lenses, combined with vision insurance compatibility. Having been in operation for 20 years, the platform has built a catalog that spans its own in-house styles as well as designer brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, Coach, and Michael Kors.
