How reviews and confirmations work
We ask contributors to share a photo they took and their own experience. Reviews go through automated checks. Flagged reviews can be assessed manually. Approval is not a guarantee that a photo is unedited or free of AI generation.
- Email address confirmed means the link sent to that address was used. It does not prove a purchase or the identity of a person.
- Company management confirmed relates to access to this company page. A paid plan does not verify individual reviews.
- A review invitation does not independently prove a purchase. An order reference supplied by a company is not independent purchase verification either.
- Publishing a photo with a review does not automatically permit reuse in marketing. A subscription does not grant that permission either.

Big Horn Armory positions itself in the premium segment of the firearms market, targeting enthusiasts and hunters who seek rifles chambered in exceptionally powerful cartridges such as the .500 S&W Magnum and the 500 Auto Max. The company's philosophy centers on building guns that push the limits of caliber and energy, rather than offering a broad general catalog. Products like the Model 89 lever action and the AR500 Next Gen are manufactured with an emphasis on quality of fit and finish that the company compares to custom-only gunmakers. Factory visits are by appointment only, which reflects the boutique and specialized nature of the operation.
