How reviews and confirmations work
We ask contributors to share a photo they took and their own experience. Reviews go through automated checks. Flagged reviews can be assessed manually. Approval is not a guarantee that a photo is unedited or free of AI generation.
- Email address confirmed means the link sent to that address was used. It does not prove a purchase or the identity of a person.
- Company management confirmed relates to access to this company page. A paid plan does not verify individual reviews.
- A review invitation does not independently prove a purchase. An order reference supplied by a company is not independent purchase verification either.
- Publishing a photo with a review does not automatically permit reuse in marketing. A subscription does not grant that permission either.

The range sits firmly in the budget to mid-market segment, with hybrid and foam mattresses starting from under £83. Beyond mattresses, the assortment includes bed frames, bedding accessories, sofas, folding mattresses and home furnishings, making it a broader sleep and home retailer.
